We’ll learn how to make hand-rolled pasta from scratch and decadent Lobster in a Spicy Brown Butter Tomato Sauce. I’ll be showing you how to prepare the meal at every stage, and how to plate it beautifully. But if you just want to learn how to make the meal and then serve it on the 14th, I’ve got you covered. All prep will be done together, and you’ll have instructions to resume cooking the following day for a seamless dinner experience.
