Courtnee Futch is a chef, culinary creative director, and founder of Brown Butter Supper Club and Maillard Creative. Based in Atlanta, she builds experiential dining events where sixty guests a night find community around a family-style table. Her work sits at the intersection of food, hospitality philosophy, storytelling, and community architecture.

A decade-long culinary career in New York has included culinary production for Food Network and Magnolia Network, recipe development and brand storytelling for HelloFresh, Blue Apron, Haven’s Kitchen and UberEats, a self-published cookbook, and features in Glamour, Essence, and Ebony. She trained at École Hôtelière de Paris and holds a Master’s in Entrepreneurship from Syracuse University.

Brown Butter Supper Club is now on a national tour. Through Maillard Creative, Courtnee provides culinary creative direction, brand partnerships, recipe development, content strategy, and branded dining curation.

She is also a practicing ceramicist, creating functional stoneware for the tables she sets. She builds this world with her husband Femi, from their Atlanta kitchen, where they dance to low R&B and make pasta on Thursday nights.
